In recent developments, Regeneron formed Regeneron Cell Medicines in 2024 through an agreement acquiring 2seventy bio's immune cell therapy pipeline, discovery and manufacturing capabilities along with approximately 150 employees in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Seattle, Washington; announced a $3 billion-plus, 10-year manufacturing agreement with FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in 2025 to nearly double U.S. large-scale capacity at the Holly Springs, North Carolina facility; launched a $500 million venture capital fund in 2024 focused on biotech investments; entered a collaboration with Tessera Therapeutics in December 2025 to co-develop TSRA-196, a gene-editing therapy for alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, with Tessera receiving $150 million upfront and up to $125 million in milestones; secured FDA approval for EYLEA HD in retinal vein occlusion with expanded dosing in 2025; and won a $406.8 million antitrust judgment against Amgen in May 2025 over Praluent market exclusion. The company continues to advance its pipeline with positive late-stage data in immunology, allergy, neurology and rare diseases, while expanding R&D investments and domestic manufacturing to support growth.
