Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL), founded in 1967 and headquartered at 650 Madison Avenue in New York City, designs, markets, and distributes premium lifestyle products in apparel, footwear and accessories, home, fragrances, and hospitality categories worldwide; operates through brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Purple Label luxury collections, Lauren Ralph Lauren bridge line, Ralph by Ralph Lauren suit separates and sportswear, and Chaps casual apparel; offers men's, women's, and children's clothing such as tailored shirts, polo shirts, sport coats, vests, topcoats, and outerwear; provides footwear including sneakers, loafers, and boots; supplies accessories encompassing handbags, small leather goods, eyewear, watches, and jewelry; markets home products via Ralph Lauren Home featuring furniture, bed and bath linens, china, crystal, silver, decorative accessories, lighting, fabrics, wall coverings, floor coverings, and paint palettes; distributes fragrances like Polo, Romance, and Lauren; and extends into hospitality through branded experiences; maintains a multichannel distribution network with 564 retail stores, concession-based shop-within-shops, wholesale partnerships, licensing agreements, and digital platforms across North America, Europe, Asia, and other international markets serving aspirational consumers from mid-range to full luxury segments with approximately 23,400 employees; in September 2025, unveils its updated strategic growth plan "Next Great Chapter: Drive" projecting mid-single-digit compounded annual revenue growth, operating profit expansion surpassing revenue by fiscal 2028, capital expenditures at 4-5% of revenue, and at least $2 billion returned to shareholders via dividends and buybacks through fiscal 2028; in May 2025, acquires its historic flagship retail property at 109 Prince Street in SoHo, Manhattan, for $132 million to bolster brand control and prime real estate presence; reports better-than-expected second quarter fiscal 2026 results in November 2025 raising full-year outlook amid direct-to-consumer channels comprising over 60% of revenues; and continues elevating brand positioning, core product promotion, and global city expansions under leadership of President and CEO Patrice Louvet and Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer Ralph Lauren.
