Reliability Incorporated (RLBY) provides workforce management solutions to companies across various industries in the United States through its wholly owned subsidiary, The Maslow Media Group, Inc.; its core offerings include employer of record and payroll services encompassing HR administration, benefits management, workers' compensation claim handling, and regulatory compliance; recruiting and staffing services delivering skilled media, information technology, and other field talent on short-term, contract, and on-site managed bases; staff augmentation and managed services for IT and production needs; direct hire placements for administrative, media, and IT professionals; and video and multimedia production providing script-to-screen services for corporate, government, and non-profit clients globally. The company targets customers in sectors such as communications, aerospace, automotive, education, insurance, investment banking, information technology, media, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, energy, financial services, medical devices, and federal, state, and local government. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Clarksburg, Maryland, Reliability operates primarily in the staffing and employment services industry with approximately 23 employees. In October 2019, Reliability completed a reverse merger with The Maslow Media Group, Inc., integrating its workforce solutions and retaining the RLBY ticker; in December 2019, it acquired the assets of Intelligent Quality Solutions, Inc. from Vivos Holdings Inc. to bolster IT staff augmentation capabilities; as of March 2024, the company continues ongoing litigation against the Vivos Group related to prior transactions.
