Business
Resolution Minerals Ltd is an Australia-based early-stage exploration company focused on advancing the Horse Heaven Gold-Antimony-Tungsten-Silver Project in Idaho, United States, and other U.S. critical minerals assets, with its registered office in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in March 2017, the company explores for antimony, gold, silver and tungsten; conducts targeted fieldwork and drilling; and seeks to define and expand mineralized systems at Horse Heaven and Golden Gate for future resource development. The company’s core activities center on mineral exploration and project advancement, including diamond and reverse-circulation drilling, assay analysis, geological mapping and step-out programs; its Horse Heaven project is described as a flagship property with gold-antimony-tungsten-silver mineralization, while Golden Gate has become a key focus for near-surface gold and tungsten discoveries. Recent corporate changes include a proposed Nasdaq secondary listing supported by an SEC Form F-20 registration and the establishment of a Level 1 ADR facility for U.S. investors, with each ADR representing 200 ordinary shares. In September 2025, the company completed a heavily oversubscribed A$27.1 million institutional placement, and it also entered a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Remington Capital Corporation, which holds an option over the Johnson Creek Tungsten & Antimony Mill and the Antimony Camp properties. It further agreed to acquire the remaining 47% of the 64North Project for US$200,000, while selling the non-core 64North Project in Alaska for US$1.5 million to a subsidiary of Northern Star Resources. During 2026, Resolution reported a major gold extension at Golden Gate South, received Second White House FAST-41 status for Golden Gate, and was admitted to the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium, underscoring a strategic shift toward U.S.-focused antimony and tungsten projects aligned with national security priorities.
