Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership (RSTRF) operates and franchises quick service restaurants globally through its ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc., focusing on iconic brands including Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and Firehouse Subs. Tim Hortons offers coffee, other beverages, baked goods, and food products primarily in Canada and select international markets; Burger King provides hamburgers, chicken, specialty sandwiches, and related items across more than 100 countries; Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen specializes in fried bone-in chicken, chicken sandwiches, tenders, wings, fried shrimp, and regional menu items in over 30 countries; and Firehouse Subs delivers hot subs piled with meats and cheeses, chopped salads, chili, soups, sides, and soft drinks mainly in North America. The company maintains a franchise-heavy model with approximately 95% of its over 32,000 restaurants franchised, operates in more than 120 countries and territories, and reports results across six segments: Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Firehouse Subs, International, and Restaurant Holdings. Founded in 1954 and headquartered at 130 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5X 1E1, it changed its name from New Red Canada Limited Partnership in December 2014. Recent strategic developments include the May 2024 acquisition of Carrols Restaurant Group Inc. and June 2024 acquisition of Popeyes China, both integrated into the new Restaurant Holdings segment, alongside the February 2025 acquisition of remaining equity interests in Burger King China for $158 million to pursue a new local partner and growth initiatives; the company also plans accelerated remodels of acquired Burger King locations, refranchising efforts, net restaurant growth in Popeyes China and Firehouse Subs Brazil, and $400 million to $450 million in 2025 capital expenditures while maintaining a $2.48 per common share dividend. In November 2025, Restaurant Brands International Inc. partnered with CPE to accelerate Burger King expansion in China.
