- Sage Potash Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing domestic potash supply for the United States agricultural market. The Company’s principal asset is the Sage Plain Potash Project, a district-scale solution-mining development project in Utah’s Paradox Basin, where it holds a large portfolio of state, private and other mineral rights; it also holds the Tin Cup Property in Utah for potential resource expansion and future production. Sage Potash’s activities include the acquisition, leasing, exploration, delineation, permitting and development of potash mineral properties; geological, geophysical and drilling programs; mineral-resource estimation; solution-mining and cavern-development planning; brackish-water sourcing and disposal-well planning; process-plant engineering; and evaluation of potash recovery and processing equipment. The Sage Plain Project targets high-grade sylvinite within the Cycle 18 potash horizon and is designed to support the production of potassium chloride, or muriate of potash, a fertilizer nutrient used principally by agricultural producers. An NI 43-101 technical assessment effective September 8, 2025 reported an inferred resource of 298 million tonnes of in-situ sylvinite, containing approximately 118 million tonnes of potassium chloride, with reported grades averaging 36% to 46% KCl; the Company is assessing a proposed 300,000-tonne-per-year potash plant based on solution mining and phased cavern development. Sage Potash’s operations and projects are concentrated in southeastern Utah, United States, while its corporate office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Company was incorporated in British Columbia on November 22, 2021, and operates through wholly owned subsidiaries Sage Potash (USA) Corp. and Sage Lithium Corp. In 2026, Sage Potash secured required local and State of Utah approvals for its Sage Plain drilling program, commenced site preparation and drilling of the Peterson 1 step-out well, and subsequently completed the well; core and geophysical logging were reported to validate continuity of the targeted Cycle 18 potash members. The Company is using the drilling program to expand and upgrade its resource estimate and obtain geological and engineering data for project development. Recent corporate changes also include a January 2026 private placement that generated gross proceeds of C$1.519 million, the February 2026 appointments of Martin Burien as Vice President, Finance, Greg Vogelsang as Vice President, Project Development, and Richard Lock as an independent director, and a May 2026 engagement of Fairfax Partners Inc., Made Partners Inc. and Integrous Capital Partners LLC for investor-relations, digital-marketing and corporate-development services.
