In a major strategic development, SatixFy became a subsidiary of MDA Space Ltd. as of July 2025 following the completion of its acquisition announced in April 2025; recent activities include signing over $10 million in agreements with MDA Space in March 2025 for engineering models and space-grade chips, partnering with Presto Engineering to test and qualify radiation-hardened space-grade ASICs and entering a purchase deal with ReOrbit in September 2025 to co-develop on-board processors for satellite platforms.
