Business
Chuwit Farm (2019) Public Company Limited is an agricultural livestock enterprise based in Thailand, primarily engaged in commercial contract broiler farming and related agribusiness operations. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Buriram, Thailand, the company manages multiple closed-system poultry farms across Buriram Province under a price-guaranteed contract farming framework with major industrial food processors. Under this arrangement, partnering agribusinesses supply day-old chicks, feed, animal health products, and breeding standards, while Chuwit Farm provides automated infrastructure, daily livestock husbandry, biosecurity controls, and environmental farm management until poultry reaches harvest maturity. The company offers a specialized portfolio of livestock products and agricultural services, comprising contract-raised live broiler chickens produced in biosecure evaporative cooling (EVAP) houses; commercial contract layer hen farming for the production and distribution of table eggs; dairy cattle farming and raw milk production; and agricultural by-products, including dried and packaged chicken manure distributed as organic fertilizer for soil conditioning and crop farming. In recent corporate developments, Chuwit Farm completed its initial public offering (IPO) and successfully listed its ordinary shares on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) of the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker CFARM in June 2024. Following its public listing, the company has actively diversified its revenue base beyond broiler production by commissioning a 200,000-bird commercial layer hen facility to secure steady recurring income streams, initiating dairy cattle farming projects, and investing in farm modernization programs, including automated feeding systems and solar rooftop energy installations across its farming compounds to enhance operational efficiency, reduce utility expenses, and advance sustainable farming practices.
