Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Samut Prakan, Thailand, the company, formerly Single Point Parts (Thailand) Public Company Limited until its name change in May 2019, became a subsidiary of Energy Absolute PCL in May 2025 when EA Mobility Holding Co., Ltd. increased its stake to 49.99% as of February 2025 and further to 77.77% through strategic consolidation to advance total green logistics solutions. In 2025, Nex Point targets profitability amid capital restructuring, including significant share issuances for funding EV expansion, and anticipates growth in commercial EV sales supported by logistics demand. The company maintains a service center network and focuses on public and logistics sector customers in Thailand.
