To complement its distribution operations, the group operates an accredited Technical Service Department offering laboratory and on-site instrument calibration, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and metrology consultancy services. In recent strategic developments, GRP Limited has executed operational reorganizations to streamline operations and refocus capital on core commercial activities. In August 2024, the group completed the divestment of the business assets, inventories, goodwill, and customer contracts of its subsidiary GRP Pte. Ltd. to Lian Ee Hydraulics Pte Ltd, marking the formal discontinuation and exit from its historical Hose and Marine business. In October 2025, the group implemented the GRP Employee Share Option Scheme 2025 and the GRP Performance Share Plan 2025 to align executive remuneration with shareholder value creation. In January 2026, GRP Limited entered into a non-binding heads of agreement for the proposed strategic acquisition of Bintan Investment Management Pte Ltd to broaden its regional real estate investment portfolio, while concurrently allowing an exploratory agreement in China to lapse in order to refocus resources on higher-conviction property and metrology assets.
