Products are marketed to trading companies, refineries and oleochemical companies in Indonesia, Malaysia and international markets. Incorporated in Singapore on 26 September 2007 and headquartered at 36 Armenian Street #03-02, Singapore 179934 with principal operations in Jakarta Barat, Indonesia, Kencana Agri Limited manages an integrated value chain supported by subsidiaries such as Kencana Plantations Pte. Ltd., Kencana Logistics Pte. Ltd., PT Wira Palm Mandiri, PT Sawit Permai Lestari and PT Bumi Permai Sentosa. In recent developments, the company commissioned its seventh palm oil mill in Gorontalo province in 2023 with 30 metric tons per hour capacity, boosting CPO production by 5.0% year-on-year to 171,467 metric tons amid higher fresh fruit bunches output of 775,280 metric tons; completed the disposal of PT Karunia Alam Makmur in early 2023; and reported half-year results for the period ended 30 June 2025 alongside a chief operating officer resignation in February 2025, while pursuing sustainability certifications under Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil and International Sustainability and Carbon Certification standards with no-deforestation and zero-burning policies.
