TeleChoice International Limited is a Singapore-based regional provider of info-communications products and services. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Singapore, the company operates as a subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd (ST Telemedia). TeleChoice International Limited operates through three principal business segments: Personal Communications Solutions Services (PCS), Info-Communications Technology Services (ICT), and Network Engineering Services (NES). The Personal Communications Solutions Services division provides wholesale distribution, supply chain management, and fulfillment services for mobile communication devices, smartphones, wearables, smart home products, and mobile accessories; omnichannel retail management, including the operation of concept stores and retail brand outlets for telecommunications operators; e-commerce platform management and digital fulfillment services; and after-sales support services, including device repair, warranty administration, and reverse logistics. The Info-Communications Technology Services division offers enterprise IT infrastructure and systems integration services; cloud computing, data center, and hybrid cloud migration solutions; unified communications and contact center platforms; cybersecurity, network monitoring, and managed IT services; and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and enterprise digital transformation consulting. The Network Engineering Services division provides radio frequency (RF) network planning, design, and site engineering for wireless and cellular telecommunication networks; installation, testing, and commissioning of 4G and 5G mobile base stations; in-building coverage (IBC) and distributed antenna system (DAS) implementations; fiber-optic network infrastructure deployment and transmission engineering; network maintenance, site operations, and facility management; and integrated power and renewable energy solutions for telecommunications infrastructure. The company serves telecommunications operators, government agencies, multinational enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and retail consumers across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and the wider Asia-Pacific region. In recent developments, TeleChoice International Limited has accelerated its strategic transition toward high-margin digital enterprise solutions, managed cloud services, and next-generation 5G network infrastructure across Southeast Asia. The company has broadened its Info-Communications Technology portfolio through strategic collaborations with global technology vendors and regional telecom operators to deliver advanced enterprise networking, cloud-native collaboration tools, and cybersecurity architectures. In its Network Engineering division, TeleChoice has expanded its regional field engineering capabilities to support carrier-grade 5G network rollouts, small cell densification, and smart utility infrastructure projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Within the Personal Communications Solutions division, the company has enhanced its omnichannel retail and direct-to-consumer fulfillment capabilities, scaling digital marketplace distribution partnerships and integrated supply chain management solutions. Additionally, the group has implemented targeted operational reorganization and cost-optimization measures to streamline cross-divisional operations, enhance supply chain resilience, and grow long-term recurring service revenues.
