The company offers a comprehensive technology stack encompassing securities accounting; front-office solutions such as trading and modeling software including Eze Investment Suite; middle-office functions like portfolio management, reporting, and analytics platforms such as Advent Genesis, Antares, Axys, and Black Diamond Wealth Platform; back-office capabilities including accounting, performance measurement, reconciliation, compliance, tax reporting, processing, and clearing; and healthcare solutions comprising claims adjudication, benefit management via SS&C BenefiX, care management, and business intelligence tools. Additional offerings include SS&C GlobeOp for hedge fund and private equity administration, Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS), SS&C Retirement Solutions, digital process automation suite, banking and lending solutions, research and risk analytics, professional consulting and implementation services, and product support; the company serves over 23,000 clients managing more than $45 trillion in assets with operations across more than 35 countries in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, and beyond from its headquarters in Windsor, Connecticut, where it was founded in 1986 and employs approximately 28,000 people. In recent developments, SS&C completed the acquisition of Battea, a claims recovery services provider, for $670 million in September 2024 to enhance healthcare offerings and project $100-110 million in additional 2025 revenue; finalized the $1.03 billion purchase of Calastone, the largest global funds network, in October 2025 to bolster wealth and asset management technology across 57 markets; acquired Curo Fund Services in November 2025 establishing a foothold in Africa; completed the Calastone integration earlier noted; and launched SS&C Wealth Services Europe Ltd. in Dublin with a MiFID license in November 2025 to expand regulated wealth management services throughout the European Union, alongside ongoing AI-powered automation initiatives driving efficiency in operations and client services.
