(SSVFF) is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration and development company founded in 1963 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, that acquires, explores and advances precious and base metal projects in Mexico and the United States. Additional key projects include the Oro polymetallic copper-gold project and Hermanas gold-silver vein project in New Mexico, USA, covering 2,700 hectares and 83 lode claims respectively with multiple drill-ready targets; the Nazas gold-silver-lead-zinc greenfields project in Durango, Mexico, optioned in February 2025 and located 12 kilometers from Endeavour Silver's Pitarrilla project; and the recently acquired Puro Corazon mining claim contiguous to Cerro Las Minitas, integrating historic high-grade silver-lead-zinc production with a 12,000-meter infill drill program underway since September 2025 to enhance resource models and project economics ahead of a Q1 2026 updated mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment. In 2025, Southern Silver closed a C$15 million bought deal LIFE private placement in July, options the Nazas property, acquires rights to Puro Corazon in September, initiates drilling at Puro Corazon in October, reports high-grade intersections such as 10.5 meters averaging 1,115 g/t silver equivalent at Cerro Las Minitas in December and plans underground sampling plus resource updates to advance Cerro Las Minitas toward development. The company operates primarily in mining-friendly jurisdictions with low-cost exploration strategies, maintaining a strong treasury position to fund ongoing advancement of its district-scale portfolio.
