- Stellar AfricaGold Inc. is a Canadian precious metals exploration company focused on gold projects in North and West Africa. The company explores and evaluates mineral properties, primarily targeting gold deposits through its principal Tichka Est Gold Project in Morocco, a grouping of seven permits spanning 82 square kilometers in the High Atlas Western Domain approximately 80 kilometers south-southwest of Marrakech; its early-stage Zuénoula Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire; and legacy interests such as the Namarana Gold Project in Mali. Stellar maintains offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Montreal, Quebec, with a representative office in Casablanca, Morocco, and was incorporated in 2006, changing its name from Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc. in March 2013. In October 2025, Stellar announced a $4 million private placement offering, which closed in November 2025, with proceeds allocated to advance exploration at the Tichka Est and Zuénoula projects, including ongoing drilling that intersected multiple wide high-grade gold zones such as 13 meters of 6.12 g/t gold in the first hole at Tichka Est, alongside road rehabilitation and resumed exploration works in Morocco. Previously, the company sold its Balandougou gold project in Guinea to Rida Mining for CAD $5.2 million in 2019 and divested its non-core Opawica asset in 2018 for 7.2 million shares and a control position in Mosaic Minerals.
