The company, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, operates globally through a network of distributors, its website and platforms like Amazon, serving enthusiasts and professional athletes in the international sports and outdoor market; it owns the USWE brand and subsidiary Giant Loop LLC, acquired in July 2022, which specializes in soft packing bags for off-road motorcycles. In June 2025, Uswe Sports divests its VOID Cycling premium apparel brand to WeSports Group for approximately 4.4 MSEK plus a three-year royalty, establishing a strategic partnership whereby WeSports prioritizes USWE products in its sales channels and collaborates on VOID product development; this refocuses operations on core USWE and Giant Loop brands amid reported sales growth to SEK 41.1 million and positive EBITDA of SEK 1 million in Q1 of fiscal 2025/26.
