Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Shanghai, China, Seazen operates primarily in the People's Republic of China with a focus on the Yangtze River Delta region alongside expansions into Central and Western China, Bohai Rim, and Pearl River Delta; it maintains a substantial land bank exceeding 86 million square meters attributable to the company and serves over 950,000 families through product lines such as Happy Living for young buyers, Dream Realizing for quality upgrades, and Exclusive Enjoy for premium segments, while functioning as a subsidiary of Wealth Zone Hong Kong Investments Limited. Formerly known as Future Land Development Holdings Limited, it rebranded to Seazen Group Limited in November 2019 to reflect its evolution into a comprehensive real estate group spanning residential and commercial operations over more than 31 years.
