Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the company, formerly known as Chengdu Santai Holding Group Co., Ltd., lists on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and maintains controlling ownership by Sichuan Advanced Materials Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. Recent developments include the completion and commissioning of a 60,000-tonne-per-year lithium iron phosphate facility in Deyang-Aba in November 2025; the July 2025 finalization of a 263 million yuan acquisition of a 10% stake in Sichuan Development Tiansheng Mining Co., Ltd., which owns the Xiaogou Phosphate Mine; plans for a 100,000-tonne-per-year lithium dihydrogen phosphate project in Mianzhu with a 366 million yuan investment announced in October 2025; and a joint venture with Jiangxi Shenghua, a Fulin Precision subsidiary, to construct a 350,000-tonne-per-year high-density lithium iron phosphate project.
