Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, Chengdu Leejun listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (002651.SZ) in 2012 and operates globally across nearly 40 countries, serving customers through subsidiaries including Chengdu Leejun Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and Leejun Holdings Pte. Ltd. In late 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Leejun Holdings signed a major USD57.6 million sales contract with GRANDWAY for mine design, equipment procurement support, and installation services, equivalent to 52.53% of 2024 audited revenue; the company also completed acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in Chengdu Leejun Huanji Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and brought its third manufacturing facility online in 2024 to expand capacity.
