The company offers a diverse portfolio including core beer brands such as Coors Light, Miller Lite, Molson Canadian, Coors Banquet, Carling, Staropramen, Blue Moon Belgian White, Blue Moon Light, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, Creemore Springs; beyond-beer products encompassing energy drinks like ZOA Energy, hard seltzers such as Vizzy, non-alcoholic beers, ready-to-drink cocktails, and canned coffee; and premium mixers including Fever-Tree tonics, ginger beers, and cocktail mixers. Founded in 2005 through the merger of Molson and Coors with roots tracing to 1786, Molson Coors Beverage Company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and operates primarily through segments in North America and Europe, serving customers in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. In recent developments, the company acquired a majority stake in ZOA Energy in November 2024 and expanded its distribution; formed a strategic partnership with Fever-Tree in January 2025, securing exclusive U.S. commercialization rights to its mixer portfolio alongside an 8.5% equity stake in Fevertree Drinks plc; announced plans in October 2025 to eliminate approximately 400 salaried positions in its Americas business as part of a restructuring to enhance agility and focus on premiumization and beyond-beer growth; and prepares to launch Naked Life non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails in the U.S. in spring 2025.
