Business
Molson Coors Beverage Company manufactures and markets a broad portfolio of beer and beyond-beer beverages worldwide. The company produces leading beer brands including Coors Light, Miller Lite, Molson Canadian, Coors Banquet, Carling, Staropramen, Blue Moon Belgian White, Blue Moon Light, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, Creemore Springs, Peroni, and Foster's; its beyond-beer offerings encompass hard seltzers such as Vizzy, energy drinks, non-alcoholic beers and RTD cocktails, ready-to-drink coffee, canned cocktails, and premium mixers. Founded through the 2005 merger of Molson of Canada and Adolph Coors Company and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with key operations in Montreal, Quebec, Molson Coors Beverage Company (NYSE: TAP, TSX: TPX.B) serves consumer markets in North America and Europe via its primary segments Molson Coors North America and Molson Coors Europe. In recent strategic developments, the company entered a partnership with Fever-Tree in January 2025, acquiring an 8.5% equity stake and exclusive U.S. commercialization rights for its premium tonics, ginger beers, and cocktail mixers to advance its premiumization and total-beverage ambitions; it took a majority stake in ZOA Energy in November 2024 to expand energy drink distribution; and plans further acquisitions in non-alcoholic and beyond-beer categories amid a corporate workforce optimization. The company maintains subsidiaries across 16 countries including the U.S., Canada, U.K., and others, targeting diverse adult beverage consumers with an emphasis on innovation in low- and no-alcohol products.
