Recent developments include Nofar USA securing over 1 GW of solar projects through acquisitions and exclusive development rights in key U.S. markets like PJM, SPP and ERCOT in September 2025; advanced negotiations announced in July 2025 for acquiring 67% of a U.S. renewable energy company for $91 million; and the August 2024 acquisition of Aviv Renewable Investment, advancing a 160 MW photovoltaic park in Romania. The company pursues geographic diversification and business expansion through strategic partnerships with REITs for rooftop solar, international project financing and development of utility-scale initiatives including the UK’s Cellarhead battery storage project and Spain’s Sabinar portfolio.
