- Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, evaluation, exploration and development of gold, copper, silver, molybdenum and related mineral properties, with primary operations in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory, Canada. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the Company maintains an exploration-stage portfolio focused on precious-metals vein systems and copper-gold, copper-molybdenum and copper-gold-silver porphyry targets. Its principal assets include the 100%-owned, approximately 300-square-kilometre Atsutla Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia, which comprises the Highlands, Christmas Creek, Snook, Willie Jack and Swan zones and targets high-grade vein-hosted gold-silver mineralization as well as copper-gold-silver porphyry mineralization; the 8,000-hectare Coho Property in central British Columbia, held under an option agreement providing the Company with the right to acquire a 100% interest and targeting alkalic copper-gold porphyry mineralization at the Coho and Masu zones; and the 6,895-hectare Liberty Property in central British Columbia, a copper-molybdenum porphyry exploration project. The Company also evaluates and maintains additional mineral-property interests in British Columbia and Yukon. Trailbreaker’s principal services comprise early-stage mineral-property generation and acquisition; geological mapping; prospecting; rock, soil and stream-sediment geochemical sampling; airborne and ground geophysical surveying, including induced-polarization, Z-axis tipper electromagnetic, magnetic and radiometric surveys; drill-target generation; diamond drilling; core logging, sampling and assay interpretation; and technical evaluation of precious- and base-metals prospects. In 2026, Trailbreaker advances its portfolio through maiden diamond-drill campaigns at the Atsutla Gold Project’s Highlands and Swan zones, completing six holes totaling 1,684.4 metres, including two holes totaling 801.0 metres at the Swan copper-gold-silver porphyry target, with assays pending at the time of the announcement. The Company subsequently commences its inaugural diamond-drilling program at the Coho Property’s previously undrilled Coho copper-gold porphyry zone in August 2026, following property-wide geochemical and geophysical work and a surface exploration program at the Masu zone. Trailbreaker also receives a five-year Multi-Year Area-Based Mines Act exploration permit for the Liberty Property in August 2026, provisionally expiring July 23, 2031, authorizing diamond drilling from up to 50 drill pads, temporary exploration infrastructure and up to 17 kilometres of access-trail construction or modification.
