(TCMD), doing business as Tactile Medical, is a medical technology company that develops, manufactures and markets at-home medical devices for the treatment of underserved chronic conditions, including lymphedema, lipedema, chronic venous insufficiency, chronic pulmonary disease and related vascular, oncology and respiratory disorders; its core products include the Flexitouch Plus system, a fully automated programmable advanced pneumatic compression device for lymphedema and chronic venous insufficiency; the Entre Plus system, another at-home pneumatic compression therapy; the Nimbl platform, a small light compact connected pneumatic compression controller with FDA clearance for upper extremity use in 2024 and commercial launch for lower extremity expansion in October 2024; the AffloVest system, a mobile high-frequency chest wall oscillation device for airway clearance therapy in chronic respiratory conditions; and the Kylee mobile application for patient education on lymphedema management. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the company primarily serves patients in the United States through a direct national sales force of product specialists, trainers, reimbursement experts and clinical staff, with operations focused on the home-based therapy market. In recent developments, Tactile Systems Technology raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to $317 million to $321 million, implying 8-10% growth, and announced a $25 million share repurchase program following strong third-quarter 2025 results that included 17% year-over-year revenue growth to $85.8 million and positive long-term clinical data for Flexitouch Plus in head and neck cancer-related lymphedema; the company also repaid a $24 million term loan, increased its revolving credit facility capacity and expanded its sales force by 15% year-over-year to 329 representatives.
