Hunter Group ASA is a Norway-based investment company focused on shipping and oil services, primarily operating very large crude carriers (VLCCs) through back-to-back charterparties. In recent developments, the company completed private placements in February and March 2024, raising approximately USD 12 million through 70.9 million shares at NOK 1.75 and additional shares at NOK 1.50 to support vessel operations and growth; it secured a new three-year charterparty for a scrubber-fitted eco VLCC expected for delivery in early 2024. Previously known as Badger Explorer ASA, Hunter Group ASA reoriented its strategy toward shipping investments, listing on Euronext Expand under ticker HUNT.OL.
