Triumph Group, Inc. designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs, overhauls and distributes a broad portfolio of mission-critical aerospace and defense systems, subsystems, components and structures for original equipment manufacturers of regional, commercial, military and business aircraft as well as air cargo carriers, regional and commercial airlines and military customers worldwide; core offerings span actuation products and services including hydraulic pumps, motors, actuators, valves, manifolds and holdback bars; geared solutions encompassing commercial and defense aerospace gearing components, integrated gearboxes and drive train assemblies for fixed-wing, rotorcraft, aircraft engines and ground vehicles; interiors featuring thermo-acoustic insulation systems, air distribution ducting, floor systems and thermoplastic assemblies; systems electronics and controls such as fuel pumps, metering units, electronic engine controls and cockpit levers; and aftermarket maintenance, repair and overhaul services across these categories. The company operates through specialized units including Triumph Actuation Products & Services, Triumph Geared Solutions, Triumph Interiors and Triumph Systems Electronics & Controls, with global facilities supporting OEM and aftermarket applications in commercial and military aviation sectors. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania, Triumph Group recently completed its acquisition by affiliates of Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners in July 2025 for approximately $3 billion, transitioning to a privately-held entity under new Chief Executive Officer Jorge L. Valladares III; it also extended its strategic supplier agreement with BAE Systems and the US Army in February 2025 for M777 Lightweight Howitzer primer feed mechanism components, adding to ongoing orders since 2022.
