TISCO Financial Group Public Company Limited (TISCO-R.BK) is a holding company for a Thai financial group offering commercial banking, securities, asset management, and support services primarily to retail, SME, and corporate clients throughout Thailand; founded in 1969 as Thailand's first investment bank and headquartered at TISCO Tower, 48/49 North Sathorn Road, Bangkok. TISCO Bank, the core subsidiary, provides deposit products including current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits; retail loans such as auto and motorcycle hire-purchase financing for new and used vehicles, mortgage loans, home equity loans, title loans under the Somwang brand, and loans against inheritance pensions; SME and inventory financing, particularly for car dealers and logistics; corporate lending encompassing working capital, project and term loans in power and real estate sectors, guarantees, and financial advisory; bancassurance with life, health, critical illness, personal accident, auto, and home insurance via open architecture partnerships; wealth management including provident funds, mutual funds, private banking, and holistic financial planning through Advisory Branches; securities brokerage, derivatives, and investment banking services like IPO underwriting and M&A advisory; plus digital tools such as mobile banking, TISCO My Car app, and AI-enhanced risk assessment. TISCO Securities acted as lead underwriter for NEO Corporate's IPO and earned the Outstanding Securities Company Award 2024 from SET Awards, while TISCO Asset Management grew assets under management 3.7% to maintain its top ranking in provident funds with the Decade of Excellence award for the seventh year; in 2024 the group partnered with technology providers to integrate AI for personalized services and operational efficiency under the New Way of Work initiative, expanded Somwang microfinance branches to 808 nationwide and EV partnerships with automakers like CHANGAN, AION, and GEELY, launched TISCO Auto Cash Delivery and debt consolidation campaigns, participated in the You Fight We Help debt relief program restructuring over 4 billion baht, and opened its first Advisory Branch for comprehensive planning; through mid-2025 loans grew 1.4% year-to-date to 235.5 billion baht led by corporate and recovering hire-purchase segments amid a 26% domestic auto sales contraction, with total assets at 285.1 billion baht, BIS ratio of 20.6%, and NPL coverage at 154.8%.
