Business
Titan Machinery Inc. maintains and operates an extensive network of dealerships providing comprehensive services for agricultural and construction machinery throughout North America, Europe, and Australia. The company manages its operations across four primary divisions: Agriculture, Construction, Europe, and Australia. It engages in the sale of both new and pre-owned equipment, featuring agricultural and construction units from the CNH Industrial brand family, which includes Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, Case Construction, and New Holland Construction, alongside offerings from various other manufacturers. The construction equipment segment encompasses heavy-duty machinery, light industrial tools for commercial and residential building, road and highway construction equipment, and specialized units for energy and forestry tasks, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dozers. Beyond equipment sales, the company offers a wide range of maintenance and replacement parts. Furthermore, Titan Machinery delivers comprehensive repair and maintenance solutions, which feature warranty service, both on-site and off-site repairs, scheduled off-season servicing, and proactive customer notifications for routine maintenance needs. The enterprise also provides equipment rental options and a suite of auxiliary support services, such as machinery transportation, subscriptions for global positioning system signals and other advanced precision farming technologies, farm data management products, and financial and insurance products through CNH Industrial Capital. The company’s North American footprint covers states including Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Internationally, it operates in European countries like Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Romania, and Ukraine, and in the Australian regions of New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria in the southeastern part of the country.
