(NYSE: TKO) operates as a premium sports and entertainment company that owns and manages iconic intellectual properties including UFC, the world's premier mixed martial arts organization; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and PBR, the world's premier bull riding organization; while also servicing major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency, and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality. The company produces and licenses live events, programming, long-form and short-form content, reality series, and other filmed entertainment across digital, linear channels, and pay-per-view platforms; offers UFC FIGHT PASS, a direct-to-consumer streaming service providing live events, video-on-demand, and original content; and engages in merchandising of video games, apparel, equipment, trading cards, memorabilia, digital goods, and toys, alongside sponsorships, in-venue and in-broadcast advertising, content integrations, and digital impressions. TKO monetizes its portfolio through media rights and content, live events, sponsorships, and consumer products licensing across two primary reportable segments, UFC and WWE, reaching 1 billion households in 210 countries and territories with over 500 annual live events attracting more than three million fans. Incorporated in 2023 through the merger of UFC parent Zuffa and WWE and headquartered in New York, New York, as a subsidiary of Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., TKO completed in February 2025 the acquisition of IMG, On Location, and PBR from Endeavor in an all-equity deal valued at $3.25 billion to expand its sports rights, production, and premium event capabilities; launched in March 2025 a new boxing promotion in partnership with Sela and HE Turki Alalshikh; merged UFC and WWE global partnerships teams in January 2024 into a unified sports marketing unit; refinanced $1 billion in loans and extended its revolving credit maturity to 2030 in September 2025 while initiating an $800 million share repurchase program; and secured new partnerships including with Wingstop, Prime Video, and Sony Pictures.
