ETF Opportunities Trust – TappAlpha Cboe Magnificent 10 Growth & Daily Income ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund launched and managed by Tapp Finance, Inc., doing business as TappAlpha, with Tuttle Capital Management, LLC serving as co-manager. The Fund seeks current income while maintaining prospects for capital appreciation and, as a secondary objective, seeks exposure to the performance of the Cboe Magnificent 10 Index, subject to a limit on potential investment gains. It invests primarily in financial instruments providing exposure to the index, including common stocks and derivatives, and normally allocates at least 80% of net assets to such instruments. Its core portfolio provides concentrated, generally equal-weight exposure to 10 large-cap, U.S.-listed technology and growth companies—NVIDIA Corp.; Microsoft Corp.; Apple Inc.; Amazon.com Inc.; Alphabet Inc.; Meta Platforms Inc.; Tesla Inc.; Broadcom Inc.; Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.; and Palantir Technologies Inc.—which are associated with artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital infrastructure and productivity-growth themes. The Fund supplements its equity exposure with TappAlpha’s options-based daily Growth + Income strategy, including daily zero-days-to-expiration covered-call transactions, to seek options premium income and support monthly distributions while retaining exposure to the underlying growth equities; the strategy may constrain upside participation. TMGN is marketed to investors seeking a combination of concentrated U.S. mega-cap growth exposure and options-generated income. The Fund operates in the United States, is organized as a series of ETF Opportunities Trust and trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker symbol TMGN. TMGN commenced operations and was listed on July 15, 2026; its launch represented TappAlpha’s expansion of its Growth + Income ETF platform and followed the firm’s reported achievement of more than $500 million in assets under management. The Fund carries total annual operating expenses of 0.88%.
