Business
Inmax Holding Co., Ltd. (1591.TWO) is a Cayman Islands-based holding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of pneumatic industrial fasteners. The company offers a comprehensive range of products including pneumatic and industrial nails; coil roofing nails for applications such as roofing, asphalt and fiberglass shingles, lathing, insulation board, vinyl siding, fiber cement roofing and siding, and waterproof tar paper; coil nails for wooden pallets and boxes assembly, siding, decking, panel sheathing, and fencing; staples for furniture and wooden box manufacturing as well as architectural fastening works; brads for finish, trim, drawers, and cabinets; and plastic strip and paper tape nails for framing, sheathing, subflooring, roof decking, and exterior decks. It also produces pneumatic nailers and staplers. Founded in 1990 and headquartered in George Town, Cayman Islands, with operational headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan, Inmax operates primarily through subsidiaries Inmax Sdn. Bhd. and Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, serving markets in the Americas, Asia, and Europe, with the US as its largest market and significant sales in Malaysia. In 2024, the company reports a strategic business transformation, shifting focus toward the semiconductor industry by engaging across the supply chain from front-end to back-end processes, including electron beam equipment, lithography systems, wafer laser dicing machines, advanced materials and components, and customized turnkey solutions. This pivot accompanies plans to establish a direct US manufacturing presence with an automated plant within the next three years to expand distribution networks.
