- Thistle Resources Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of precious-metals and critical-minerals properties in Atlantic Canada. The Company’s principal activities comprise exploration for gold, silver, antimony, copper, lead and zinc through geological mapping; geochemical soil, till, trench and bedrock sampling; airborne and ground geophysical surveys, including UAV magnetics, TDEM, magnetic-resistivity and AI-assisted 3D target generation; trenching; and diamond drilling. Its portfolio comprises five projects: the Middle River Gold Project, targeting structurally hosted gold mineralization along a seven-kilometre gold-bearing trend in New Brunswick’s Bathurst Mining Camp; the Brunswick Antimony Project, an early-stage gold-silver-antimony prospect near the historical Brunswick No. 12 and Brunswick No. 6 mines; the Middle River VMS Project, which targets volcanogenic massive-sulphide mineralization prospective for copper, lead, zinc, silver and gold along the Brunswick Horizon; the Alba Forks Gold Project, an exploration-stage gold property in the Bathurst Mining Camp; and the Celtic Highlands Gold Project in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, which is being evaluated for gold and potential iron-oxide-copper-gold-style mineralization. The Company serves the mineral-resource development sector and does not report commercial mine production. Thistle Resources was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It operates principally in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, with four projects located in the Bathurst Mining Camp and the Celtic Highlands property located in Cape Breton. The Company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TRCG, on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol TRCGF, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol BU9. Recent corporate developments include the completion in April 2026 of its qualifying transaction with Thistle Resources Corp. and the related transition from St. Davids Capital Inc. to Thistle Resources Inc., following shareholder approval of the name change in November 2025; the commencement of trading as the resulting issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange in May 2026; and the commencement of OTCQB trading in July 2026 to broaden access for U.S. investors. During 2026, the Company initiated a trenching program at the Brunswick Antimony Project and reported certified trench-sampling results including up to 14.40% antimony and 7.59 ounces per tonne silver, while advancing the project’s gold-silver-antimony exploration model. In September 2026, Thistle commenced a 3,000-metre drill program at the Middle River Gold Project to test and extend identified gold-mineralized targets.
