- NeoTerrex Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of critical-mineral and precious-metal properties in Québec. The Company’s principal exploration commodities comprise rare earth elements, including light and heavy rare earth elements; tungsten; copper; gold; silver; zinc; lithium; and associated critical metals, including niobium, tantalum and zirconium. Its activities include grassroots property generation and map staking; geological mapping; prospecting; soil, till, rock and grab sampling; airborne and ground geophysical surveys; trenching and excavation; drilling; mineral-target delineation; assay analysis and quality-assurance/quality-control programs; and evaluation of historical mineral occurrences and exploration data. NeoTerrex’s portfolio includes the 100%-owned Gravitas tungsten, copper, gold and silver project in Abitibi-Témiscamingue; the Monument rare earth elements and precious/base-metals project in the Waswanipi/Montviel area; the Revolver rare earth elements project in the Saguenay region; the Galactic rare earth elements, niobium, tantalum and zirconium project; the Strange Lake West heavy rare earth elements project in Nunavik; and the Incognito copper-gold and Sentinel tungsten-gold grassroots projects in Québec. The Company serves the mineral-development and strategic-materials markets, with its exploration programs directed toward discovery-stage assets that may support future resource delineation and development. NeoTerrex was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In 2026, the Company commenced a fully funded multi-project exploration program in Québec, including fieldwork at Strange Lake West, Incognito, Sentinel, Monument and Gravitas; expanded Monument southward to cover an untested electromagnetic anomaly prospective for precious and base metals; completed follow-up surface work at Gravitas, where it identified a new gold occurrence; and deferred a previously contemplated Gravitas drill program while advancing additional regional targets. In August 2026, NeoTerrex entered into a non-binding letter of intent and term sheet with Fury Gold Mines Limited to negotiate an option to earn up to a 100% interest in the 6,090-hectare Reservoir copper-gold-silver-tungsten project in the Eeyou Istchee (James Bay) region of Québec, subject to due diligence, execution of a definitive agreement and applicable approvals; the proposed earn-in contemplates aggregate cash payments of CAD500,000 and exploration expenditures of CAD3.0 million through 2030, with Fury retaining a 2% net smelter returns royalty upon NeoTerrex earning full ownership. In September 2026, the Company also appointed Fayçal Salek as Chief Financial Officer and Dale Burstall as Corporate Secretary following the retirement of its previous CFO and Corporate Secretary.
