The company also pursued global expansion through a non-binding memorandum for a £40 million UK property portfolio acquisition and its subsidiary's intent to acquire 49% of Taiwan-based co-working operator WORK, Inc., alongside completing an equity buyback of 4.4 million shares announced in July 2025.
