Listed on NYSE Arca under the ticker TSCV, the Fund applies fundamental research to identify companies considered to trade below estimated intrinsic value and does not seek to replicate an index. Its portfolio provides exposure across sectors including financial services, industrials, consumer discretionary, technology, basic materials, health care, real estate, energy and utilities, with holdings that have included UMB Financial Corp., Valley National Bancorp, Ashland Inc., Atlantic Union Bankshares Corp., Wintrust Financial Corp., Advance Auto Parts Inc., Old National Bancorp and Cushman & Wakefield plc. The Fund is advised by Thrivent Asset Management, LLC, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based investment manager affiliated with Thrivent Financial. Thrivent, founded in 1902, provides investment management, insurance, retirement, annuity, charitable and financial-advice solutions to individual and institutional clients in the United States. In November 2025, TSCV was launched through the conversion of the existing Thrivent Small Cap Value Fund, an open-end mutual fund with the same investment objective, strategy and adviser, into an ETF; the conversion expanded Thrivent’s actively managed ETF range alongside the conversion and launch of the Thrivent Mid Cap Value ETF. TSCV commenced trading on November 17, 2025, and carries a 0.60% total annual operating expense ratio.
