Originally established as Burn Holdings Co., Ltd., it changed its name to CANDEAL Co., Ltd. in October 2016; merged subsidiaries including House Box Inc., A-Fic Co., Ltd., and others into CANDEAL DESIGN Co., Ltd. in April 2017 and Leyon Consulting Co., Ltd. with Spec Co., Ltd. into CANDEAL TECT Co., Ltd. in 2016; listed on the Mothers Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2018 before moving to the First Section in 2019; and established CANDEAL PARTNERS Co., Ltd. in 2020.
