In recent developments, ASO Corporation completed the acquisition of a 35.44% stake in the company, and Yotai announced a share buyback program to acquire up to 359,000 shares worth ¥560 million as part of its shareholder return policy under the medium-term management plan. Sales reached ¥29,305 million and employment stood at 538 as of March 31, 2025.
