Founded in June 1902 and headquartered at 5-13-6 Asakusabashi, Taito-ku, Tokyo, Japan, Noda Corporation operates through subsidiaries such as Ishinomaki Plywood Mfg. Co., Ltd. in Miyagi Prefecture, Adon Co., Ltd. in Shizuoka, Naffics Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, I.P.M. Service Co., Ltd. in Miyagi and PT. Sura Indah Wood Industries in Indonesia, with Sanyan Wood Industries Sdn. Bhd. as an associated company in Malaysia.
