- Trans Canada Gold Corp. is a Canadian resource exploration and development company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, drilling and development of gold, silver, critical-base-metal, petroleum and natural-gas properties. The Company operates through mineral exploration and petroleum production segments and focuses on identifying, acquiring and financing, including with working-interest partners, advanced Canadian mineral assets and conventional heavy-oil opportunities. Its principal mineral-exploration activities include the Harrison Lake District-Scale Gold Property, including the Bear Mountain area near Harrison Lake in southwestern British Columbia, where it is pursuing underground and surface drilling targeting reduced-intrusion-related gold mineralization; and the Gold Crow Gold Property in the Pickle Lake area of Ontario, in which it holds a 100% interest subject to a 3% net smelter returns royalty. The Company’s petroleum activities comprise interests in conventional heavy-oil production assets near Lloydminster, Alberta, including an 18.75% net interest in a producing multilateral horizontal oil well operated by Croverro Energy Ltd.; it previously held an interest in a second General Petroleum-zone multilateral well, which it sold in April 2025. Trans Canada Gold works with geological, mining-exploration and oil-and-gas technical teams to advance resource properties, develop production capacity and generate future oil-production revenue. Operations are conducted in Canada, including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan. Incorporated on February 21, 2006, the Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and its common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TTG and on the OTCQB under the symbol TTGXF. The Company was formerly known as Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. and adopted the Trans Canada Gold Corp. name in January 2021. Recent developments include completion of Phase 1 underground drilling and underground-mine refurbishment work at the Harrison Lake Gold Property; a February 2026 option agreement with Bear Mountain Gold Mines, accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange, under which the Company may earn a 60% interest in the Harrison Lake property over five years through cash payments, share issuances and exploration expenditures; completion of an initial approximately CAD854,711 non-brokered private-placement tranche in April 2026; and a proposed September 2026 non-brokered private placement of up to CAD1.5 million to fund Phase 2 underground and surface drilling, exploration expenditures and working capital at Harrison Lake.
