Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI; TTNDF) designs, manufactures and markets cordless power tools, outdoor power equipment, floorcare and cleaning products, accessories, hand tools and personal protective equipment for professional, industrial, DIY and consumer users in construction, maintenance, infrastructure, home improvement and related industries; flagship brands include MILWAUKEE for professional power tools and equipment with over 300 M18 system solutions and MX FUEL light equipment, RYOBI as the leading DIY cordless brand spanning 18V ONE+, 40V and 80V systems for tools and outdoor products, and floorcare lines HOOVER, ORECK, VAX and DIRT DEVIL; additional offerings encompass AEG power tools, EMPIRE measuring tools, HOMELITE outdoor equipment, PACKOUT modular storage, SHOCKWAVE accessories and BOLT safety gear. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Hong Kong with key facilities including U.S. operations in Brookfield WI, Greenville SC and Charlotte NC, TTI maintains manufacturing in China, Vietnam, the United States, Mexico and Europe, serving global markets through leading retailers like Home Depot which accounts for about 44% of sales. In 2024 TTI achieved record revenue of US$14.6 billion up 6.5% with EBIT of US$1.27 billion up 11.9%, driven by 11.6% local-currency growth at MILWAUKEE and 6.4% at RYOBI alongside launches like next-generation M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE batteries, M18 FUEL RINGER roll groover, RYOBI second-generation 18V ONE+ HP compact tools, 40V HP self-propelled mowers and early 2025 RYOBI LINK SlotBox organizer; the company expanded U.S. operations with a US$100 million investment creating 525 jobs in Anderson County SC, reduced inventory days to 102 and gearing to 0.7% while generating US$1.59 billion free cash flow, positioning for mid-to-high single-digit 2025 sales growth.
