The company operates through segments including Telstra Consumer, Telstra Business, Telstra Enterprise, Telstra International, and Networks, IT & Products (incorporating Telstra InfraCo), providing approximately 22.5 million retail mobile services and 3.4 million retail fixed bundles and data services domestically while generating strong growth in mobiles (5.6% services revenue increase) and infrastructure EBITDA. In recent developments, Telstra formed a $700 million, seven-year AI joint venture with Accenture in February 2025 (60-40 Accenture-Telstra ownership split) to modernize data platforms and enhance AI capabilities, reducing reliance on external AI vendors; announced a strategic Infosys joint venture and expanded collaboration in 2024-2025 to accelerate software engineering and IT transformation under its Connected Future 30 strategy; sold its 35% Foxtel stake to DAZN in December 2024 for $135 million plus a 3% DAZN shareholding; acquired cloud provider Versent for $267.5 million and MVNO Boost Mobile in December 2024; completed the Digicel Pacific acquisition in 2022 with ongoing integration; expanded its Microsoft partnership for intercity fibre routes supporting AI infrastructure; and agreed in September 2025 to sell wholesale voice, mobile, and messaging assets from Telstra International to iBASIS (closing by end-2025).
