SoFi Web 3 ETF (TWEB) is an exchange-traded fund that tracks the Solactive Web 3.0 Index, providing investors with exposure to a modified equal-weighted portfolio of global companies positioned to benefit from the adoption of Web 3.0 technologies, including blockchain, NFTs and tokenization, metaverse platforms, big data, and artificial intelligence. The fund holds approximately 37-38 equities across sectors such as technology services, electronic technology, finance, and consumer services, with top holdings including Coinbase Global Inc., NVIDIA Corp., SBI Holdings Inc., DraftKings Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., Advanced Micro Devices Inc., and HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. Launched on August 9, 2022, and listed on Nasdaq, TWEB is part of the Tidal ETF Trust series managed by Tidal ETF Services LLC, with investment advisory from Toroso Investments, LLC, and is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, operating globally through its diverse international holdings. In a major development, the Board of Trustees of Tidal ETF Trust approved the liquidation and closure of TWEB, announced on February 9, 2024, with final cash settlement to shareholders occurring on or about February 20, 2024, resulting in the fund becoming defunct; this action was part of a broader restructuring of the SoFi ETF lineup by sponsor SoFi Technologies, Inc., which has since shifted focus to new thematic funds such as the SoFi Agentic AI ETF (AGIQ) launched in September 2025.
