Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Taipei City, Taiwan, T3EX Global Holdings maintains operations in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, East Asia, and internationally across 82 locations, supported by a network of shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, warehousing firms, and overseas agents. In recent developments, the company expanded into coworking spaces in February 2024 and announced plans to acquire Skymaster Express of South Korea for $10.32 million, or TWD 172 per share, as part of its strategy to invest in cross-border alliances, joint ventures, and mergers to build an international comprehensive logistics group; it also reported 2024 full-year net profit of TWD 1.29 billion.
