Business
Texhoma Energy, Inc. (TXHE) engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas properties. The company holds royalty and non-operating working interests in producing wells and fields, including a well in Scurry County, Texas; non-operated working interests ranging from 0.053985% to 0.54487% in eight wells located in Gregg and Upshur Counties, Texas, operated by Quantum Resources Management, LLC; and historical interests in three oil and natural gas producing fields along with an exploration project through its former subsidiary Texaurus Energy, Inc.. It primarily operates in south Louisiana, east Texas, and near-shore Gulf of Mexico regions, targeting competitive oil and gas markets. Founded in 1998 as Pacific Sports Enterprises, Inc. in Nevada, the company changed its name to Make Your Move, Inc. in May 2001 and to Texhoma Energy, Inc. in September 2004 to reflect its shift from sports enterprises to oil and gas exploration and production; it is headquartered at 24624 I-45 North, Suite 200, Spring, Texas 77386. In March 2006, Texhoma incorporated a Delaware subsidiary, Texaurus Energy, Inc., for oil and gas activities, though properties owned by Texaurus experienced significant production declines during 2008-2011. On January 9, 2015, the company mutually terminated an agreement with Kris Kon A/S and Kris Kon Oil, relieving both parties of related obligations. Recent major changes include no publicly disclosed partnerships, funding rounds, acquisitions, new product launches, or strategic expansions within the last 1-2 years, with the company maintaining a focus on its existing non-operated interests amid minimal trading activity on OTC markets. The firm operates in the oil and gas exploration and production industry (SIC code 1311), serving markets for crude oil and natural gas with a fiscal year-end of September 30.
