Unisys Corporation Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) provides global information technology services focused on cloud, AI, digital workplace, logistics, and enterprise computing solutions; its core offerings include Digital Workplace Services (DWS) such as Workplace as a Service, intelligent workplace services, unified experience management, modern device management, and seamless collaboration tools including Unisys InteliServe, PowerSuite, Service Experience Accelerator, and Device Subscription Service; Cloud, Applications & Infrastructure (CA&I) encompassing cloud migration via Unisys CloudForte, application modernization with AI, cybersecurity solutions like Stealth platform and TrustCheck, managed security services, and data governance; Enterprise Computing Services (ECS) featuring ClearPath high-performance servers for secure processing, mainframe optimization, and industry-specific solutions for financial services, travel, transportation, and business processes; as well as outsourced managed services, systems integration, consulting, field services, maintenance, support, and IoT-enabled infrastructure. The company operates worldwide through data centers and serves sectors including government, financial services, aviation, education, and transportation, with key clients such as the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, Bureau of Meteorology, California State University, and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. Founded in 1986 through the merger of Sperry and Burroughs Corporations and headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, Unisys maintains partnerships with VMware, Oracle, Dell Technologies, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Google, and Lenovo.
