UOL Group Limited is a Singapore-listed property and hospitality company engaged in the investment, development, and management of real estate across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and Africa. Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Singapore, the group operates through diversified business segments including property development of residential and commercial properties for sale; property investments involving leasing of commercial properties and serviced suites; hotel operations under subsidiary Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited, managing over 40 hotels and serviced suites in Asia, Oceania, Europe, North America, and Africa with brands such as Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION, and PARKROYAL; investments in quoted and unquoted financial assets; technology operations distributing computers and related products; and management services providing hotel management solutions. UOL's core portfolio includes prominent properties such as Heron Plaza, Mandarin Oriental Singapore, Marina Square, Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel, Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Pan Pacific Suzhou, Parkroyal Collection Pickering, Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay Singapore, The Plaza, and West Mall. The group maintains a strong presence in Singapore through its subsidiary Singapore Land Group Limited which owns prime commercial assets and hotels locally. UOL emphasizes sustainability by ensuring commercial properties achieve at least BCA Green Mark Gold certification and has implemented accessibility upgrades across its hospitality properties. Recent major developments include the acquisition of a 50% stake in prime Sydney commercial property assets for approximately A$460 million as part of its strategy to grow recurring income streams in Australia; the acquisition of Thomson View Condominium in Singapore for S$810 million through a joint venture consortium; expansion into the UK student accommodation sector through the purchase of Varley Park; and new residential launches such as the PARKTOWN Residence in Singapore.
