Business
Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company primarily engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and trading of cotton yarns and textile fibers, as well as real estate development and industrial asset management. The company operates through two main business segments: Textile Manufacturing and Real Estate. Its textile product portfolio includes carded cotton yarn (CD); combed cotton yarn (CM); open-end rotor yarn (OE); blended yarns including polyester-cotton (TC) and chief value cotton (CVC); raw cotton processing; and the wholesale distribution of textile fibers, fabrics, and garment accessories. In its real estate division, the company provides residential housing development; commercial property leasing; industrial park infrastructure services; and warehouse rental facilities. Duc Quan Investment and Development JSC serves industrial textile and garment manufacturers domestically across Vietnam and exports products internationally to overseas markets, including China, South Korea, Taiwan, Colombia, and Turkey. In recent developments, the company has implemented a comprehensive operational and financial restructuring program following the transition of its shares to the Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM). To mitigate market volatility in global textile export demand and cotton raw material costs, the company has strategically shifted toward toll manufacturing agreements, factory capacity rationalization across its production mills in Thai Binh, and increased monetization of its industrial warehouse and real estate assets. Furthermore, the company has executed corporate governance reorganizations and active debt restructuring arrangements with commercial creditors to restore liquidity and sustain core manufacturing operations. Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam.
