Business
G.C Food Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based agribusiness and food processing enterprise specializing in the manufacture, deep processing, and global distribution of plant-based food and beverage ingredients. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, the company operates an integrated farm-to-factory agricultural value chain serving multinational food and beverage manufacturers, dairy processors, confectioners, and foodservice chains. The company's core product portfolio comprises processed aloe vera products, including fresh diced aloe vera, aloe vera in syrup, aseptic aloe vera jelly cubes, and flavored aloe suspensions for ready-to-drink teas and yogurts; nata de coco (coconut jelly) products, including raw fermented sheets, standardized nata de coco cubes, flavored beverage toppings, and canned coconut jelly; and fresh and processed agricultural produce, including farm-grown melons, grapes, apples, guavas, and dried fruit items. G.C Food conducts manufacturing and cultivation activities through specialized operating subsidiaries, including Viet Farm Food Joint Stock Company, which operates a high-capacity aloe vera processing facility in Ninh Thuan Province; VinaCoco Food Company Limited, which manages a coconut jelly production plant in Dong Nai Province; and Sun and Wind Joint Stock Company, which oversees high-tech organic farming and circular agricultural operations in South Central Vietnam. The company distributes its products domestically and exports to over 25 international markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, including Japan, South Korea, China, and the European Union, operating under international quality standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, FDA, Halal, and Kosher certifications. In recent strategic developments, Asia Ingredients Group (AIG) acquired a 52.87% controlling equity stake in G.C Food through a private share placement, formally integrating the business into AIG's broader regional ingredient supply chain network. The partnership focuses on expanding deep-processing production capacity, accelerating automated facility investments, broadening raw material farming zones, and scaling international distribution channels for value-added Vietnamese agricultural exports.
