Business
Vinda International Holdings Limited is an Asia-focused hygiene company specializing in the manufacturing and sale of household paper and personal care products. The company produces tissues under the Vinda, Tempo, Vinda Professional, and Tork brand names; incontinence care products under the Tena and Dr.P brands; feminine care products under the Libresse brand; and baby care products under the Libero and Drypers brands; while also trading wood pulp and machinery, providing home health care consulting services, and manufacturing steam. Vinda operates 12 state-of-the-art production bases across Mainland China, Taiwan, and Malaysia, serving markets in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and other international regions including the U.S., UK, Canada, and Europe. Founded in 1985 as Xinhui Daily Necessities Factory in Xinhui, Guangdong, China, the company is headquartered in Hong Kong and, as of 2024, operates as a subsidiary of Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Limited, part of the Singapore-based Royal Golden Eagle group, following its HK$26.1 billion privatization and acquisition that year, which divested prior majority owner Essity and integrated Vinda into RGE's resource value chain from pulp to end products.
