Recent developments include the completion in October 2024 of the sale of its 55% stake in Rubis Terminal (rebranded Tepsa) to I Squared Capital to fund growth in energy distribution and renewables; strong Q3 2025 performance with 6% volume growth in retail and marketing, 9% gross margin increase, 17% bitumen volume surge, and 23% expansion of operational solar assets to 633 MWp alongside a 25% rise in secured portfolio to 1.3 GWp; and ongoing expansion such as 15 new service stations in Uganda alongside new contract wins in Barbados for power generation.
